Tasks are used for work with documents between the linked users in Limacta.
The example of using funcion Tasks in praxis could be: "The document owner wants to get input to the document from another user - in Limacta he creates a task with a working copy - it will contain an assignment for another user - responsible person (Assigned to).
Once he solves the task, the creator - requestor of the task can merge the changes in the working copy into the former document.
Task contains state - to choose if open or close. Assigned person is the solver of the task. Due date is a deadline for solving the task.
While creating the task, you can decide which parts of the document can be involved in the working copy - if the whole document (FULL copy) or just some paragraphs (PARTIAL copy).
This way of creating Tasks to the document is quicker and more explicit than using the email sending for the monitor and proceed changes in the document.
If you want to have note for you, you can use task without assigned person or Notes as well.
